Series 3 Curriculum Overview
In this series, children will begin learning about the creation account as seen in Genesis 1. They'll learn what it looks like to have true faith.

Election
Studies 1-4
Lessons from Exodus 1-4 as well as God’s promises to Abraham as recorded in Genesis. This includes God promising to make a great nation from the line of Abraham (the Abrahamic Covenant), how God protected Moses as a baby, and how Moses was prepared for leadership by growing up in Pharaoh’s house.

Redemption
Studies 5-8
Lessons on Moses’ first appearance before Pharaoh, the Ten Plagues, Passover, and the crossing of the Red Sea, with a focus on God’s greater plan of redemption for His people.

Providence of God
Studies 9-12
Lessons from Exodus 15-17. This includes the Israelites’ experience wandering in the wilderness, God providing manna and quail, and the battle with Amalek.

Lordship of Christ
Studies 13-16
Lessons on the miracles of Jesus, including feeding the five thousand and walking on water, as well as His transfiguration on the mountain.

Prayer
Studies 17-20
Lessons on many of Jesus’ teachings on prayer, including the parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector, the Lord’s Prayer, and the parable of the Persistent Widow.

Forgiveness
Studies 21-24
Lessons on many of Jesus’ teachings on forgiveness, including Jesus being anointed by the sinful woman in the house of Simon, the parable of the Talents, and His teaching on anger against a brother violating the spirit of the sixth commandment.
